A couple of weeks ago, Karson and I went to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge on my day off. First, we went to the Acquarium which Karson was not as thrilled about as I expected. She liked it, but would look in one tank and then say, "ok, lets go to the next one." She did not want to spend much time looking at any one thing, but I guess that is a 2 year old. On our way back through Pigeon Forge, she saw the rides and wanted to stop. For those of you who don't know, Karson would not get on any of the rides in Myrtle Beach except the train. Garrison rode them all but Karson just watched. She would not even ride them with me - she was so timid. My, what a difference 3 months makes. She hopped on every ride they had. I even got her on the "Wild Woody" co-carts. It is the large wooden track that goes in a cork-screw down a big hill. I had it going as fast as it would go and she loved it. She was so proud of herself and of course had to call Daddy and tell him what she had done. I unfortunately did not get a picture of us on the co-carts b/c it was just her and I, but hopefully we will go back soon.
